Job Description Marlex is collaborating with a renowned company dedicated to maritime passenger transport, currently seeking a Head of Operations.
Your Mission in the Company Reporting to management, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
Designing a strategic and effective work plan for the company, ensuring its implementation.
Creating improvement proposals with specific and measurable objectives, aligned with the organization's values and culture.
Developing a standardized work methodology to optimize operations.
Seeking effective solutions.
Supervising work teams and ensuring coordination among different teams and efforts.

Requirements We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the same sector or a similar tourism sector.
Has a native or bilingual level of Mallorcan/Catalan and Spanish, as well as proficiency in other languages such as German and English.
Possesses communication skills and organizational ability.
Can demonstrate advanced competencies in analytical ability, initiative, innovation, solution-finding, adaptability, and team management.
