.THE GOALAs the Head of Operations for our ShoppingMalls Concept, you'll be part of the Group Mall Development Department. You will be at the forefront of leading the operation of scale out of Malls across the group, the structure of the malls & production line, and maintaining the relationship with & tenders with the landlords.WORKING RELATIONSHIPSDepartment: Business Development - MallsReporting to: Pedro CoelhoWorking with: Shared services, Malls, LandlordsTravel involved: Travel as and when required, mainly in Iberia and occasionally to locations in Europe.WHAT THEY DOInnovation & Product Development:Stakeholder manage the expectations of retailers to ensure the concept is successful and there is pipeline potential.Support the developers in negotiating excellent, competitive margins with Landlords.Create an attractive business model that will attract the most talented Franchisees.Create lean systems and workflows to optimise productivity and minimise labour cost.Conduct production flow analysis and recommendations.Implement procedures related to the customer journey, engaging experiences, marketing campaigns, production workflow, and kiosk design.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Experience in developing Sushi products & reengineering Menus is ideal.Operational procedures & scale the business at pace to create a successful profitable business.Coordinate different departments to ensure production plans are operational for each store to maximise sales.Ways of working:Operate in a clear and transparent way. Be hands-on and a very present and visible figure in the stores, following up on the implementation in stores.WHO THEY AREFluent in English, Spanish & any other European language.
