Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring that all departments operate within budgetary constraints.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality across all operations, from product sourcing to delivery and installation.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in retail.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Location: Must be based in Málaga, Spain.
