In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational activities across multiple regions, reporting directly to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the company's growth.Your JourneyDevelop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across all locations.Lead and manage a diverse team of operations managers, coordinators, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to align with company objectives.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and partners, driving collaboration and maximizing business opportunities.Identify areas for process improvement and innovation, implementing best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and safety throughout the organization.What You Bring to the JourneyBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree in Sales, Finance, or similar is preferred.Proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role within the hospitality or real estate industry, with experience managing multi-site operations on a global scale.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with a hands-on operational mindset.Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language, preferably Spanish or another European language.Flexibility to travel frequently and work across different time zones as needed.Self-starter, creative, proactive, and dynamic, with a passion for working in a fast-growing environment
