Job SpecificationResponsibilities: Develop and maintain key relationships across the Apex Data Champion and Data Trustees' landscape.Run and maintain key Governance forums and act as escalation point of contact to the business.Act as key SME in the Data Governance Platform ensuring governance is adhered to, understood, and continued development is carried out within the platform.Maintain key KRIs and KPIs relative to Data Governance as a Head of role.Lead a team of data governance analysts analyzing and escalating data concerns to the relevant stakeholders.Act as Key SME within change cycles that affect operational Governance.Enable support to the Global Head of Data Governance & Excellence. Requirements: Competent in design patterns and data flows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in leading teams, squads through agile methodologies.Knowledge of multi-data domain data Governance concepts and policies.Experience using Data Governance Platforms.Proficiency and knowledge of data management approaches such as DAMA / EDM or DCAM.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Understanding of data literacy program rollout and implementation. Preferred Skills (not required but considered a plus): Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Experience using data warehousing technologies.Experience using SAS platforms.
