This position is part of the Senior Management Team of DHL Global Forwarding Iberia.What do we expect from you as part of the forwarding leading company?Main responsibilities:Direct Responsible of the P&L for Ocean Freight product in Iberia.Lead the Ocean Freight Product (OFR) within the Iberia region, ensuring maximum efficiency and achievement in terms of Excellence in Quality, Productivity, Market Share and Profitability, following the parameters and objectives set by the organization.Seek constantly and systematically, using the First Choice methodology (continuous improvement), to improve services and processes, launching new services and products, generating ideas that help our organization within the OFR Product to be the Market Leader in terms of Volume, Turnover, Profitability, Productivity and Quality in Iberia, following the parameters and objectives set by the organization.Achieve and maintain a higher percentage market share than our organization holds at the European and Global level.Ensure that all product-related personnel have the necessary training and experience to meet the high expectations of our customers.Collaborate in the design of the strategy with the Marketing and Sales (M&S) and Business Development teams for the specialization and implementation of services and products that help to be a reference in certain market niches, geographic areas, customer typologies and business segments within its product.Define with Performance Management and IT the tools and local developments needed to improve mechanization, standardization, productivity and service excellence.Responsible for keeping updated and published on the network the operating procedures of the OFR product as well as the necessary IT tools related to the OFR product.Responsible for producing and keeping all job descriptions for the OFR product up to date and published on the network.Responsible for setting sales prices on the OFR product, relying on M&S market expertise, being responsible for Iberia Budget for Net Sales, Gross Profit, EBIT...Collaborate and work very closely with the branch managers in making decisions that are considered strategic for the product in terms of organizational changes, appointments, specific procedures for specific services or clients.Responsible for the negotiation and purchasing of services required by the product, based on local needs.Define, Implement, Launch, Promote, Analyze and Evaluate the LCL (less than container) product's own or co-loaded consolidations.
