This product is designed to organize, simplify and enrich everyday life through features ranging from managing calendars and answering questions to providing learning experiences and simplifying everyday tasks. As Head of Monetization and Partnerships, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting mission, driving our monetization strategy and enhancing our product to serve our users around the world. As the Head of Monetization and Partnerships at Luzia, your role is pivotal in unlocking our full potential and driving our mission to "unleash genAI across the globe". We're all in on monetization as the cornerstone for sustainable, long-term growth. We're game for any monetization playbook that gets us there. Let's innovate and lead the charge! Responsibilities Identify innovative user-centric monetization avenues that help Luzia generate revenue without sacrificing UX. Work hand in hand with the CEO and other departments of the company to strategize, define and bring to life the monetization opportunities for Luzia, in all our distribution and acquisition channels. Estimate and forecast the revenue potential from the proposed initiatives. Lead the monetization efforts including the sales/partnerships team, the conversations with the brands for advertising, and the integrations with platforms for ads or affiliates. Understand the market dynamics for free-user monetization and integrate the right strategies to comply with them. Understand and adapt the strategy to the local customs, partners, regulations for our main regions. Requirements Experience in different monetization strategies, incl. but not limited to ads, affiliation, and partnerships. Experience in fast-paced startups, in hyper-growth phase. An obsession to deliver results and being hands-on. Consumer app experience, with Latam and SEA focus as a plus. Has a strong product sense. Has experience working with tech teams to implement the necessary technological features and can understand technical complexities. Has built and led strong monetization teams, but has also strong experience on getting their hands dirty themselves. Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work Environment: We are a hybrid, extremely fast-paced environment.
