As Head of Monetization and Partnerships, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting mission, driving our monetization strategy and enhancing our product to serve our users around the world. Your role is pivotal in unlocking our full potential and driving our mission to "unleash genAI across the globe". We're all in on monetization as the cornerstone for sustainable, long-term growth. Responsibilities: Identify innovative user-centric monetization avenues that help Luzia generate revenue without sacrificing UX.
Work hand in hand with the CEO and other departments of the company to strategize, define and bring to live the monetization opportunities for Luzia, in all our distribution and acquisition channels.
Estimate and forecast the revenue potential from the proposed initiatives.
Lead the monetization efforts including the sales/ partnerships team, the conversations with the brands for advertising, the integrations with platforms for ads or affiliates.
Understand the market dynamics for free-user monetization and integrate the right strategies to comply with them.
Understand and adapt the strategy to the local customs, partners, regulations for our main regions.
Requirements: Experience in different monetization strategies, incl. but not limited to ads, affiliation, and partnerships.
Experience in fast-paced startups, in hyper-growth phase. An obsession to deliver results and being hands-on.
Consumer app experience, with Latam and SEA focus as a plus.
Strong product sense.
Experience working with tech teams to implement the necessary technological features and understanding technical complexities.
Experience building and leading strong monetization teams, with hands-on experience as well.
Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
