Job Description Lead and manage the Medical Affairs department, including strategy development and implementation.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and life cycle management.Provide scientific and medical input into clinical development plans and commercial strategies.Oversee the dissemination of scientific information to Healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders.Represent the company at scientific conferences, meetings, and events.Act as a key member of the executive committee in the Spanish subsidiary, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organisation. The Successful Applicant A degree in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or Chemistry.Extensive experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams.Ability to strategically and operationally manage a comprehensive medical department.In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and international colleagues.Very high proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.Prior experience in therapeutic areas such as Rare Diseases, Neurology, or Pain will be highly valued.
