Head Of Media - (A822)

We are looking for a **Head of Media** to join our team in Barcelona. You will report to the Chief Digital marketing and Communication Officer and will be in charge of design and develop TV media planning strategy aiming to achieve the business goals.**Responsibilities**- To lead the process of strategic TV media planning and execution at international level aiming that the ad campaigns gets enormous reach for the best price.- To lead media negotiation deals with media agencies and TV channels.- To set up the appropriate workflow and best practices across the different markets.- To seek for new opportunities according to the TV media sector transformation.- To manage media budget.- Campaigns ROI /ROAS reporting in coordination with the Data Analyst.- Department leadership and co-working with different areas for both, definition and implementation (Marketing, D2C, Publishing and Digital Marketing.)- University degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration.- Leadership role in media buying. Big knowledge about TV media planning is required. Min. 7 years' experience- Well skilled in negotiations.- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.- Proactive and results driven.- Analytical minded, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.- Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.- Fluent in Spanish and English languages.- Used to work at international level
