This position can be filled at any location in Europe!About the Team:You will lead a global team of 10 - 12 members, within the ZF Aftermarket Digital Solutions business line. You can expect an open-minded global team with a high entrepreneurial attitude that wants to drive the transformation!What you can look forward to as Head of Marketplace (m/f/d):Leadership: Lead the global 'Universal Marketplace' organization with adherent global marketplace communities of our Aftermarket Division, with ambition to support strategic business goals, influence purchasing decisions at interface between workshop and distribution level, grow our registered workshop customer base, enter into new countries, drive order volume and optimize EBIT, ROI and cash-flow of Marketplace.Strategic Orchestration & Planning: Develop, execute and improve business plan and strategy with focus on positioning ZF optimally in the parts B2B marketplace landscape, through either operating, or partnering or supplying relevant marketplace(s) in each region.Innovation: Build, manage and refine global 'Universal Marketplace' business unit as pioneer with clear USP, full-coverage listings, CX-optimized and AI-driven digital product.Growth & Commercial Evaluation: Monitor and improve business and financial performance of Marketplace, internationalize and scale Marketplace across several regions and countries as well as initiate and drive key business and marketplace improvement initiatives.Visionary & Analysis: Represent universal marketplace in public domain and in ZF Group. Plan and forecast Marketplace performance based on advanced analytics and results monitoring
