These tools empower individuals and organizations to take control of their personal data, break away from Big Tech's invasive practices, and defeat censorship.Purpose of the roleAs an experienced marketing technology leader, you'll be responsible for the planning, scoping, evaluation, implementation, development, enhancement, and maintenance of all of our marketing tech, including data, attribution, CRM, marketing automation, advertising, social, partnerships, brand, and content platforms. Your objective will be to build our internal MarTech solutions while maintaining the most strict privacy and security requirements.If you're a self-starter and results-driven person, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing company.What you will do: Research, plan, scope, evaluate and implement our MarTech stack.Project manage the implementation, and in some cases the development, of ad-hoc in-house systems and setups.Own MarTech maintenance, including updates, enhancements, security, and privacy of the systems.Train the marketing teams on how to use the new platforms and ensure everyone is making the most out of these systems.Help teams identify where technology can help increase user experience, efficiency, or effectiveness.Be a point of contact between Growth, Marketing and Engineering teams to translate requirements into project plans and detailed specs.Job requirements: Extensive experience as a MarTech manager or consultant in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital-first companies.Proven track record of managing MarTech teams, vendors and industry best practices, including open source and on-prem solutions.Proven experience researching, evaluating, and implementing MarTech solutions across multiple channels.Proven experience building relationships, managing vendors, and negotiating deals.Clear understanding of our privacy constraints and how to deliver in this challenging environment.Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English.Strong technical understanding, able to translate business goals into specific, detailed project plans.Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.Even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above, but feel you could still be a great fit, please still apply
