What you will doYou will start the One Voice function (i.e. Marketing). We call it One Voice because it truly is how we communicate it. You will work closely with our CEO, our Head of Sales, Head of Customer Excellence and Head of Operations (who leads our research arm).
Demand generation and growthConduct data-driven experimentation across multiple channels to identify and scale what works with a focus on acquisition but also on activation and retention. This includes A/B testing, rapid experimentation, data analysis, and optimizing customer journeys across channels (e.g. email, paid ads, social media). You will have the resources to run these experiments, and then we will double down in those that work.Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing / thought leadership, events, webinars, content, email, inbound and outbound sales activations, paid and more as required. Implement ABM. Lead Performance Marketing (even if it's done via a 3rd party/agency) for Google and LinkedIn Ads.Select and implement marketing automation tools.Identify and execute on initiatives that optimize for pipeline progression and conversion.Content marketingDefine the content strategy and oversee the development of compelling marketing content (e.g. blog posts, case studies, website content) that will fuel the inbound funnel.This also includes driving thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.Own the website and its content and SEO (or rely on an expert for that).Product MarketingUnderstand our ICP and develop a clear and crisp narrative and positioning.Lead the go-to-market strategy of new product features, its messaging and the product communication.Work on building sales collaterals for the sales team.PlanningPlan experiments and own the budget to run those and scale them.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies.Build a marketing measurement foundation to track leading indicators for experiments, prospect touch points, and KPIs throughout the funnel. Monitor and report on them.Branding - take FounderNest out of stealthEvaluate a potential rebranding.Define and own FounderNest's voice and build our digital presence.What you will bring3+ years of relevant experience in B2B growth and marketing at a SaaS companyYou come from the startup world and have done this (or a big part of this) at a startup previously.You have a deep understanding of the impact of marketing on acquisition, nurturing and retention, both qualitatively and quantitatively.You are highly structured and analytical; and hacky at the same time. You have passion for data and use it to learn and guide your decisions. You love experimentation.You have grit, you don't mind rolling up your sleeves and tackling all tasks necessary to get the job done, and enjoy to work under pressure when necessary.You have experience using modern marketing automation tools, including AIYou are scrappy, able to identify and leverage arbitrage opportunities with limited resources.You have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
