Some roles lend themselves to flexible options more than others, and if this is important to you, we are open to discussing agile working opportunities during the hiring process.Job DescriptionThe Head of Marketing for Spain, Experian, is an experienced hands-on marketing professional with proven commercial acumen, responsible for advising the Local leadership team in all aspects related to communications and for planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities in the local market.Reporting into the EMEA Marketing Director and working in alignment with the Spanish leadership team, including the Market President and Sales Director, the Head of Marketing is responsible for planning and executing the Go-To-Market campaigns for Experian solutions, both Business and Consumer information portfolios, generating pipeline with targeted campaigns primarily through digital outreach programs to support the business growth of this fast-expanding region.The role will be line manager of a team of Marketing Specialists based in Granada, with dotted line responsibility for digital teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead-Generation: Drive Pipeline through marketing-related activities and support the region's sales objectives. Work closely with the Sales Director and sales teams to implement an effective end-to-end marketing plan. Own the regional marketing plan and execute effective campaigns across all relevant customer segments.Measurement & Reporting: Measure and report on campaign effectiveness.Public Relations: Define and agree PR strategy and budget in line with the EMEA PR Manager. Own the overall PR Plan for the region. Work with local PR agencies to drive Experian's voice in the market and ensure necessary spokespeople are briefed for relevant media opportunities. Support internal communications as required.Product Marketing: Identify marketing messaging & positioning. Develop and localize client-facing content to support sales. Deliver integrated Go-To-Market strategies for the launch of new products. Proficient in understanding social channels and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, and LinkedIn to support a digital-first strategy.Events: Own the event calendar in the region. Deliver events end-to-end, coordinating sales & marketing to ensure full alignment on objectives, strategy, and delivery plan. Liaise with suppliers/agencies and event organizers. Evaluate post-event results to drive continuous improvement.Budget Management: Own and manage PR, collateral, print/online advertising, and strategic campaigns budget.QualificationsRequired Key Skills:Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Thrives in demanding working environments.Working knowledge of CRM and Salesforce.In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns.Understanding of current market trends.Ideally knowledge of Eloqua and lead management processes.Prior team management experience.Good time-management skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to lead and collaborate with teams and stakeholders across different locations.Fluency in English and Spanish.Required Qualifications/Experience:10 years of experience running Pipeline creation activities across the marketing mix.Prior experience in the Financial Services/Credit and/or Business Information sector is a plus.Experience in managing remote teams and working across a matrix environment.
