As the Marketing and Communications Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support organizational objectives across different countries (currently UK, Portugal, Spain, Greece). This will include:Creation of content across various platformsStaying updated on industry trendsUnderstanding audience preferencesEnsuring our content resonates with our target audienceCultivating relationships with media outletsManaging press activities and working with in-country PR agenciesLeading digital marketing efforts, managing SEO and social media to engage our audienceAnalyzing campaign metrics, optimizing strategies, managing budgets, and maximizing RoICollaborating with stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives, maintaining brand consistency, and building strong relationships internally and externallyWhat you need to be successful A great attitude is key; we're looking for someone with a proven track record of outstanding delivery in a fast-paced environmentCapability to operate in a senior marketing and communications role managing projects from conception to completion in a multi-country environmentConfidence in speaking, listening, and writing, sometimes within large groups including customers and external stakeholdersStrong attention to detail both in reviewing written documents and ensuring our event stands look top-notch!Proactivity in identifying what needs to come next in terms of communications planning and aligning stakeholders to their actions in that planStrong coordination skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneouslyExposure and understanding of the space sector is an added bonus!What we offer Prefer to mostly WFH, that's fine!
