Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy, including offline activities, online campaigns, PR, communications, and event marketing.
Lead and manage the Marketing department by setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Align marketing efforts with company objectives to drive lead generation, boost sales, and enhance product marketing.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create impactful ad hoc materials, presentations, and campaigns.
Brand Awareness and Global Presence Strengthen the company's brand presence globally, with a primary focus on Europe and Latin America.
Drive brand awareness through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships, and PR activities.
Oversee and optimize the company's presence at conferences and events worldwide.
Demand Generation and Campaign Management Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (digital, social media, content, etc.).
Measure and optimize campaign effectiveness to ensure a consistent flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead management, conversion processes, and pipeline optimization.
Partner with the Product team to develop and execute product marketing strategies that effectively communicate value propositions.
Operational Excellence Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Establish robust reporting and analytics systems to track and improve departmental performance.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing marketing departments, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS or tech industries.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and scaling marketing teams.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Marketing Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of offline and online marketing strategies, including PR, branding, demand generation, and content marketing.
Event Marketing: Expertise in planning and optimizing global conference and event participation.
Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs such as SQLs and pipeline metrics.
