BFlow offers a position of Head of Marketing in the company, directly reporting to the CEO of the company and in close collaboration to the Product and Biological validation department and Sales Support.

Tasks
Marketing strategy execution
Coordination and execution of co-marketing activities with distributors and collaborators
Coordination, updating and improvement of the web site and online store in collaboration with the marketing agency
Development of multichannel marketing campaigns and evolution of CRM
Follow up and improvement of the conversion funnel from Lead to Customer
Management of social networks and email marketing
Design of marketing materials for fairs, conferences, etc.
Requirements :
Mandatory requirements
Demonstrated experience of more than 5 years in marketing and / or communication
Experience in managing online marketing campaigns and conversion tracking
Fluent communication in English
Interest in the field of biotechnology
Ability to work in a team, creativity, problem solving and initiative
Valuable requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
Previous experience working with CRMs
Knowledge of graphic design (such as Canva)
Experience in an R&D or biotech company
