Responsible for sales of Grid Automation portfolio in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Ensure that the HUB Europe substantially increases sales, profitability, hit rate, market share, and customer satisfaction. Define and continuously maintain paramount market intelligence from a market, customer, and competitor view for all markets within the HUB Europe and provide feedback to product management. Pro-actively lead, directly and indirectly, the sales teams focused on developing the markets and customers, defending our existing base, and achieving results.
Your responsibilities Exceed team sales attainment targets (demand & supply order & gross margin targets) and execute on strategic growth initiatives.Set up, drive, develop, and optimize HUB sales organization structure in line with the target business growth.Implement and follow up on market plans for all areas in the HUB (Solution Line Sales).Serve as a visible driver of strategic client relationships and actively coach team members to drive sales success and personal growth for team members.Work with other global sales leaders & Local Sales Managers to establish best practices for effective coaching, territory and account planning, and sales efficiency.Act as a key influencer at the customers C+ level to support the sales team and help close and deliver sales quotas.Live the Hitachi Energy's core values of safety, quality, and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background University degree in Engineering/Trade qualifications – Electrical or equivalent.15+ years of experience required.Experience across Electrical & Automation Industries within Utilities, Power T&D, or Power Systems projects, especially in Substation Automation & Communication & Software.Leading sales teams across Europe.Expresses opinions, able to work with multiple stakeholders and positions.Customer and business oriented, strong commercial and communication skills, and leading virtual teams.Demonstrated success in sales across multi-portfolio solutions and implementing growth actions.Good written and verbal English communication skills.
