YOUR CHALLENGES: (Further) development of business activities and identification of opportunities and risks in the assigned market to create profitable growth. Identification and development of new business areas. Coordination of various measures to maintain and expand market share. Coordinate activities between sales and production/development sites. Negotiate and validate sales prices and gross margin targets for global customers in coordination with management. Create sales strategy proposals based on market trends and product offerings. Support local sales representatives during customer visits. Validation and prioritization of sales forecasts of the subsidiaries. Contribute to the development of budgets and business plans. Proactively drive and develop the market strategy for packaging markets such as food, meat processing, etc. Leading a global team of market managers/business development managers for the food and packaging segment.
