Head Of Logistics

We are seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to lead logistics operations across our European production sites in Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Ukraine, and Switzerland, with future expansion in the United Kingdom and beyond.
The role focuses on supply chain management for components, raw materials, and finished products, including handling customs clearance, export licensing, and hazardous materials permits.Responsibilities:Oversee logistics for the delivery of components, raw materials, and finished products across multiple locations.Manage customs clearance and secure export licenses, particularly for dual-use and military items.Ensure compliance in transporting and storing hazardous materials, including energetics, explosives, and munitions.Coordinate multimodal transport to maximize efficiency.Work with production and other teams to align logistics activities with business goals.Minimum Requirements:10+ years of logistics experience in the European defense sector.Strong knowledge of logistics processes, export controls, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with multimodal transport and hazardous goods storage.Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus.Expertise in defense logistics and export/import regulations.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Destinus is an equal-opportunity employer:we value diversity in our companies and teams.
