Requirements Job Summary We are seeking a Legal professional with 7-10 years of experience in providing legal advice in multinational companies or leading law-firms.
Demonstrable experience in MA processes, corporate management, and contract negotiation.
Knowledge of data protection and intellectual property is highly desired.
Job Functions Provide legal advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organization on relevant subjects to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the protection of the company's interests.
Legal coordination of MA processes and financing deals.
Improvement of internal control, legal policies, and procedures.
Coordination of external legal advisors for the different local offices of the group.
Assisting in delivering cost-effective handling of topics and timely and accurate reporting to the management.
Drafting, negotiation, and advice on commercial agreements.
Achieve the most advantageous and/or beneficial legal and commercial terms for the company.
Adequate legal support (templates, advice, risk management, subject matter knowledge) to accelerate the expansion of the company strategy.
Regulatory legal advice on advertising and intellectual property.
Implementation of best-practices in compliance and risk mitigations.
Out-of-court settlements, monetary claims, and coordination of litigation matters.
Capacity to be eligible as Data Protection Officer if necessary.
Requirements Must 7-10 years of experience in a similar role Strong exposure to MA processes Solid experience in Commercial Law Spanish native and English C1 Nice to have Data Protection Labour regulation Soft Skills Analytical and problem-solving skills in a real-world context Self-starter with strong initiative and exacting quality standards.
