We're building a new Health-tech business – Evinova, a fully-owned subsidiary of AstraZeneca Group.Accountabilities:As the leader of the Learning & Development team, you'll work to build a world-class center of excellence for training on our product and services. You will ensure Evinova's end users receive the necessary role-based training on the products to meet compliance requirements. In addition, you'll work to build a curriculum, build courses, and deliver training for Evinova employees for our products, quality system, and additional job-related functions. Your leadership will maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across our health-tech solutions.Leadership and Management:Lead the strategy and implementation of learning and development at Evinova.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all Evinova products.Ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligns with product updates and company goals.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Manage training resources, budgets, and logistics.Training Program Development:Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define training needs and objectives.
