Job DescriptionAs the Head of IT Reporting and ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in steering the Corporate Information Technology (IT) team towards enhanced efficiency and strategic IT service management. You'll be instrumental in developing impactful IT reports, dashboards, and optimizing the utilization of the ServiceNow platform.Reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital Transformation, you'll lead the development, management, and delivery of insightful IT reports, dashboards, and analytics.ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Ownership: Globally own and drive the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.Reporting & Strategic Alignment: Align reporting activities with organizational goals, collaborating with IT management to understand reporting requirements.Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, enhancing efficiency, user experience, and alignment with business needs.Strategic ITSM Processes: Define and implement end-to-end ITSM processes, ensuring seamless IT service delivery.ServiceNow Expertise: Provide functional expertise in the ServiceNow platform, overseeing customization, development, and integration with other company systems, as well as negotiating and managing the service and implementation.Operational Efficiency & Team Leadership: Lead a team comprising one ServiceNow technical expert and an outsourcing team responsible for managing ServiceNow operations. Ensure operational efficiencies and optimize ServiceNow spend.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with service owners and country representatives, ensuring alignment and collaboration.Qualifications3+ years of experience in an ITSM capacity, including experience in implementing ITIL methodologies.Bachelor's degree and/or master's with a relevant IT or Computer Science background.Extensive IT Reporting Experience: Demonstrated experience in IT reporting, data analytics, Power BI, and ServiceNow reporting capabilities.ServiceNow Proficiency: Strong knowledge of system administration and development in ServiceNow, with a focus on IT service management best practices.ITIL Knowledge: Strong ITIL knowledge with at least ITIL V3/V4 foundation level.Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and engagement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
