Main Functions: Lead the team and adjust its evolution to the needs of the department and the company, assuming the responsibilities of the position and carrying out the corresponding task delegation. Optimize processes and systems through the adoption of new approaches and technologies. Collaborate with other area managers to implement the IT strategy and align with the company's strategy and objectives. Coordinate with other departments in the area and other areas to achieve the organization's objectives. Carry out the operation, capacity management, and maintenance of the technical infrastructure according to present and foreseeable needs within their areas of competence for both Arsys clients and internal platforms, in a timely manner.
