The Head of IT will be responsible for the delivery of IT services in Spain. They will be part of the senior IT and Operations team reporting to the Chief Information and Operations Officer for Spain, providing delivery services. As such, collaboration and cooperation between this role and the Head of Operations are critical.
Your area of responsibility includes:
Act as the main point of responsibility for IT services in market. This covers existing contracts, to deliver the revenue and operating profit committed.Responsible for end-to-end IT services provided in, by or for Spain, whether delivered by the Spain IT teams or Experian colleagues elsewhere. As part of this, influence other Experian IT internal services impacting the Market, to achieve the outcomes needed for Spain.Work collaboratively with partners and vendors to achieve goals for the Market, within Experian standards and policies.Management and leadership of multi-site teams in Spain, as well as colleagues from Regional Global areas as appropriate, as well as contractors, creating the necessary level of motivation and engagement to assure performance.Accountable for overall IT service delivery to clients in the market.Meet the service level commitments and provide successful services to the client, managing the deployment of IT services and resources working with IT managers, Market, Regional and Global IT colleagues to do so. As part of this, ensure that end-to-end systems availability and quality of service is delivered according to the needs of the Market and SLAs.Ensure that demand is accurately managed, that services are commissioned from partners in the matrix appropriately through the standard processes and mechanisms provided.Contribute to development of prospective business in market, promoting new offerings and developing the relationship and services to build and strengthen the Experian relationship with the client.Provide the single point of contact for issues, escalations and resolutions within the IT organisation.Technical and disciplinary management of the Market IT Service delivery team, providing direction for goal setting, prioritisation and team direction.Development and implementation of the IT strategy, in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. Commercial Strategy, Finance etc.) and the CIO&O.Awareness of company policies and procedures for managing IT and other risks, including Information and IT security, currency and attestation, in order to maintain IT services within acceptable risk tolerances.Proactive and timely management of IT and other risks, to keep services effective and secure.Proactive responsibility for InfoSec and reactively managing InfoSec alerts, risks and incidents.Coordination and prioritization of tasks.Management of IT projects or sub-projects for the further development of services, assuring that IT projects are executed on time, budget, quality and scope.Communication interface between external/internal customers as well as operational IT operating units for technical questions/malfunctions of operational IT systems.Escalation instance for internal/external customers and employees in case of technical questions/problems.IT Provider Coordination (internal and external, national & international).Management of delivery aligned to Experian standard processes and policies including Agile, ITIL, Development practices and Information Security requirements etc.Stakeholder management within the Market, Cluster, Region and Globally.
