Mission: The IoT & BD International Services area is part of the International Services & Customer Engineering Direction (ISS&CE) of Telefónica Global Solutions. Its main function is to define the business strategy and the positioning of our IoT services in the market to achieve the expected targets in terms of revenues and results, while bringing specialized technical support in the projects of our customers. As Head of IoT & BD International Services, you will be leading the team responsible for the Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data business within Telefónica Global Solutions, both from a solution architecture and economics perspective.Responsibilities:Elaboration and monitoring of the IoT & BD business plan (Funnel, Sales, Revenue, gross margin, and Business KPIs).Manage relationships between BAU and Partners.Engage in dialogue with Marketing and DDSS.Define, lead, coordinate, and push the action plan with T. Tech, as well as with the different legal entities of the Group and the internal areas of T. Global Solutions (Sales, Presales, DN).Negotiate with T. Tech for projects and models.Oversee Cloud & IoT - Consumption / Billing Control.Ensure sales, revenue, and profitability.Monitor and optimize the end-to-end process.Design a new process, offer, and follow-up CoM.Create and secure an action plan to secure budget.Lead the Bid / Penalty Committee.Specialist management of complex technology deals.Relationships:Internal: Telefónica Group corporate divisions and local OBs, Telefónica Global Solutions Areas, Directors and Telefónica Global Solutions committee members, Finance & Legal departments, People department.External: Telefónica Global Solutions customers, Providers and competitors, Partners.Qualifications, Training & Experience:At least 10 years of international management in the IoT Business field.Minimum of 5 years within the past 10 of demonstrated experience in Technology both in IoT and Big Data.Proven knowledge of Business Case management (creating and understanding Business Cases).Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering or Telecommunications preferred).A master's degree is a plus.Strong interpersonal communication skills, with proven experience in successfully presenting to customers.Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and matrix organization environment.
