Head of International Private Label Business Tarragona About Our Client Multinational in the FMCG sector.
Job Description Reporting to the Commercial Director, the main responsibilities will include: Supervision and coordination of 3 Key Accounts and 6 sales agents located in different countries.
Market analysis through research to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of the company and competitors to enhance client relationships.
Manage relationships by identifying influencers and decision-makers within company accounts.
Drive the Group's Private Label business by implementing strategies that consolidate the services offered by the organization, creating offers that provide value and differentiation.
Quotation of tenders and control of P&L.
Coordination with other departments.
Management and expansion of the product portfolio for current clients.
The Successful Applicant Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Languages: very high level of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Essential experience in business acquisition with a strong network of contacts in the sector, preferably in food, with a good track record with European and USA buying centers.
Experience in managing and developing international tender projects.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales as an International Key Account Manager, Group Key Account Manager, or Export Manager, managing accounts at both National and International levels.
Essential experience in food and beverage companies, with extensive knowledge of the Private Label business at an international level (Europe and the United States).
Results-oriented profile with leadership skills and the ability to manage a senior team.
The workplace will be in Tarragona unless travel outside of Spain is required.
