About us
Our mission is to be a catalyst for SITA's strategic re-positioning by using data, insights, innovation, and communication to create strategic clarity, operational solutions, and resolve to act. Our highly diverse, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team is based across the world, with hubs in Barcelona, London, and Prague.
About the role
Reporting directly to our SVP of Strategy & Growth Enablement, you will lead a small team of internal consultants. You will understand the business context, frame strategic choices, establish the facts, analyze the implications, bring new ideas to the table, recommend the best solution, anchor it with the organization you are supporting, and ensure that action is taken. All the time, you will be developing the skills and capabilities of the colleagues you're advising and the members of your own team.
Your responsibilities
