This role includes providing advice and guidance on insurance provisions in contracts, procuring new covers or extensions where required to protect the company, issuing insurance documents (i.E.
insurance certificates) and verifying insurance coverages of third parties.
Additionally, providing advice and support to HR on RFPs, employee benefits, and managing all claims.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimal corporate insurance placement, negotiation and renewalsEvaluate and implement adequate covers for all risk areasManage insurance queries and questions from the various business unitsConduct Claims ManagementPrepare Audits & Reviews + Site AuditManage Insurance-related projectsSupport the business on contractual negotiations with customers and suppliersConduct benchmarking analysisRequirementsExperience in insurance management and negotiations with various stakeholdersAbility to think and act strategicallyStrong communication and collaboration skillsArxada is an equal opportunity employer.
