Position Overview
The head of Insurance is responsible for the management of all risk and insurance requirements for Arxada, Troy and Enviro Tech, including placement of all corporate insurance programs (local and international). This role includes providing advice and guidance on insurance provisions in contracts, procuring new covers or extensions where required to protect the company, issuing insurance documents (i.e. insurance certificates) and verifying insurance coverages of third parties. Additionally, providing advice and support to HR on RFPs, employee benefits, and managing all claims.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure optimal corporate insurance placement, negotiation and renewals
Evaluate and implement adequate covers for all risk areas
Manage insurance queries and questions from the various business units
Conduct Claims Management
Prepare Audits & Reviews + Site Audit
Manage Insurance-related projects
Support the business on contractual negotiations with customers and suppliers
Conduct benchmarking analysis
Requirements
Experience in insurance management and negotiations with various stakeholders
Ability to think and act strategically
Strong communication and collaboration skills
