The role:
As the Head of Infrastructure at MotorK, you will take ownership of the infrastructure that supports our range of products.
You will work closely with the engineering and IT teams to ensure our infrastructure is efficient, secure, and scalable to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
Your role will involve designing and overseeing the architecture of our infrastructure, optimizing and improving existing systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
What you will do:
Lead and manage the infrastructure team (Cloud & IT) to achieve operational excellenceDesign, implement and support robust and scalable infrastructure systemsManage cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, security, and cost-effectivenessDevelop policies, guidelines, and best practices for infrastructure managementWork closely with development teams to ensure a smooth deployment processProvide technical guidance and support to teams across the organizationEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsContinuously monitor system performance and implement improvementsStay up-to-date with industry trends and implement relevant technologiesRequirements
Significant experience (at least 5+ years) in managing infrastructure systems in a production environmentStrong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutionsExperience with networking, security, and storage solutionsProven leadership skills and experience managing teamsStrong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skillsExperience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
)Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack, etc.
)Knowledge of best practices for system security and data protectionExperience in implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plansRelevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, etc.)
