Your mission: We are looking for a Head of Information Security to lead our Cyber and Engineering Security team and be responsible for overseeing the security of our products and services. You will also lead the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of security solutions, as well as managing security incidents and vulnerabilities. As a Head of Information Security, you will have strong technical skills and experience in Cyber and/or Engineering security, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be able to mentor and coach your team members, foster a culture of trust and collaboration, and interact with other teams and stakeholders across the organisation. Further to this, you will be responsible for contributing to the company security strategy, as well as developing and implementing security policies and procedures. You will also work closely with product delivery teams to embed security into the culture and ways of working.
What you'll do: Manage hiring, retention, and career development of the Cyber and Engineering Security team ensuring a consistently high-performing well-balanced talent pool is maintained. This includes managing performance, setting goals, and providing career development opportunities.Define and execute the company security strategy and roadmap. This includes managing scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring alignment to business priorities and technology strategy.Provide technical guidance and direction to product delivery teams on security architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of security solutions.
