The Opportunity The Head of HR leads the Human Resources agenda to align with organizational goals and objectives.
The role serves as a key member of the leadership teams in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Cyprus.
This role manages and oversees all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, Learning and Development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
The Head of HR enhances workplace culture, boosts employee engagement, and develops strategies to attract and retain top talent.
This role leads and develops the HR team across the four countries and reports directly to Head of HR, Europe.
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) An experienced HR leader who acts as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR related matters, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's purpose, vision, and goals.
Provide trusted and expert advice on a range of HR matters such as talent, performance, organization development/change, culture, leadership, and learning.
Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high employee engagement.
Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Oversee leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Delivery of timely, relevant, and efficient HR operational services in partnership with other HR stakeholders and resources.
Lead talent management, succession, and resource planning, partnering with leaders in ensuring robust talent succession, acquisition, development, and retention plans are in place.
Coach, support, and challenge leaders in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure.
Manage relationships with local HR vendors and external organizations.
Manage and develop HR Business Partner team members.
Represent HR in leadership meetings.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred (or equivalent).
10+ years of experience in senior HR Business Partner roles with growing responsibilities.
Experience in developing and leading teams (ideally with virtual leadership experience).
Demonstrated experience in relationship building and collaboration with senior leaders, ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Human Resource Management from recruitment and throughout the employee lifecycle.
Experience with managing HR budgets.
Experience with employment law issues and demonstrated experience in conflict resolution
