We're looking for a Head of HR Operations to join us at our HQ in Barcelona.

You will: Lead People Operations Team and all aspects of HR operations, including HR administration, systems, payroll.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support employee engagement and company culture.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across all HR and payroll functions.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and HR topics Monitor and manage HR data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems.
Manage HR-related audits/inspections and implement audit recommendations for process improvements.
Identify and lead HR projects that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and retention.
Lead conflict resolution efforts and advise on employee relations issues in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expenses.
