Job DescriptionAs the Head of HR, you will oversee and manage the HR functions of the company.With a team of currently 4 HR Managers and 1 Recruiter, you will handle the day-to-day HR operations for our offices in Germany, Madrid, Zurich, and Tel Aviv, ensuring smooth and effective HR processes support our agile work environment.You are responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including Talent Management, Employer Branding, Remuneration Management, and Learning & Development.You will support and advise the senior leadership team to ensure that HR programs and services align with the company's goals and support its growth plans.Talent Management will be a key focus – you will introduce initiatives to attract top talent, retain key employees, and develop future leaders with the necessary skills for the company's growth.Using HR metrics and data, you will inform decision making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.You will develop and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure risk management and legal compliance.You will also oversee and manage the company's office and feelgood management department, ensuring a positive work environment for all employees.Your ProfileMinimum of 7-10 years of work experience in HR in the Software, Technology, Digital, or Professional Services sector.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area like (Business) Law, Business Administration, Business Psychology, with strong academic credentials.Having led small teams before, you know how to motivate and bring out the best in people.You are a proactive individual with a global mindset and high ambition.You thrive in an agile environment and are comfortable with change, supporting the company's continued growth plans.As an HR Generalist, you understand the full life cycle of HR Management, from Talent Management to Global Mobility Programs to Leadership Development.You are hands-on and strong in realization.Fluency in English and German is a must-have.Apply today and join our team!Attach cover letterAttach CV*Attach certificatesI agree to the collection, processing and use of my data in accordance with the privacy policy*.#J-18808-Ljbffr
