The Head of Growth will be responsible for ensuring the successful attainment of our sales growth and commercial development in Spain.Job DescriptionDevelop and lead sales growth strategy for Omega CRM as part of the OmegaCRM Board of Directors and owner of the Sales PL.Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and foster growth in local market service lines, aligning with annual business plan objectives.Lead, train, motivate, and advise the Sales team involved in Growth.Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.Coordinate sales to ensure increased synergies across Merkle Dentsu service lines, aiming to drive cross-/up-sell.Collaborate with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities in EMEA.Accompany the team in Pre-Sales activities: sizing, approach, work plan, and assessment.Manage relationships with Salesforce commercial and partner teams.Lead the management of assigned clients in Spain, growing long-lasting relationships that address their needs.Ensure the fulfillment of objectives and the Omega promise to the client, managing the scope and expectations of new projects.Drive profitability management for sales projects and clients.Report to management on the evolution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction.Advocate for a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity, striving to recruit, advance, and retain a varied team of highly committed and motivated sales profiles.Required ExperienceOver 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management and go-to-market roles.A robust history of success in commercial and pre-sales activities, effectively securing new clients and enhancing relationships with existing clients.Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a well-developed Salesforce network in the Spanish ecosystem.A persuasive authority in the field, esteemed by business and sales leaders for adeptness in solution-oriented selling.Relevant successful experience in achieving sales objectives for large organizations and sales team structures.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.SkillsAnalytical Thinking.Data-driven mentality.For more information, you can find the original announcement on Kit Empleo: here.
