What will you be doing? ? ? Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Optimize conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and experiment to improve sign-up and retention rates. Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencers). Leverage experience with consumer-focused products and mobile apps, including expertise in ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Manage agency relationships and partnerships to support marketing initiatives. Lead efforts in market intelligence and competitive analysis to refine messaging, positioning, and strategies. Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance and guide decision-making. Test and iterate growth experiments to identify scalable opportunities. You have: ??? A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles, preferably in digital products, consumer-focused (B2C). Proficiency in data analysis, funnel optimization, and cohort-based performance reporting. Broad experience across multiple marketing channels (SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, CRO, paid social, lifecycle marketing). Ability to evaluate growth metrics (LTV, CAC) and conduct customer segmentation and cohort analysis. Knowledge of and experience working with different types of agencies. Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems. Experience in freemium models is a plus.
