Barcelon As a HoGM you will be responsible for:Creating and executing growth strategies.Acquiring new users through online and offline channels.Running initiatives to drive higher platform usage from acquired users.Developing a deep appreciation for the venture's mission and articulating that mission to resonate with target audiences for B2C.Building brand equity that resonates with local customer segments.Developing strategies to communicate the company's main message and generate initial demand by testing different channels.Working with the management team to prioritize and plan marketing campaigns and growth initiatives end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution through to completion.Growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads by converting traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.Recognizing opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that result in sales.Conceiving and implementing budget spend of marketing services to maximize ROI in agreement with the businesses.Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs, continuously testing and optimizing channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy to maximize ROI.Managing marketing experiments backlog and prioritization, focusing on the 1% rule: 1% better every day.Owning efforts to increase website traffic, generating qualified leads, and nurturing those leads down the buyer journey.Developing, championing, and instilling a rigorous, analytical, and data-driven approach to all marketing activities, ensuring that the marketing mix is optimized across channels and regions.Positioning products clearly and effectively in the minds of the target audience and engaging with that audience to generate increased revenue.Qualifications:+5 years of experience in the digital industry, previously in a managing position.Demonstrated experience in managing successful cross-channel digital marketing programs.Previous experience in online marketplaces and/or Edtech sector is a plus.An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and public speaking skills.Proven track record of successfully growing a B2C digital business in a highly competitive environment.Tech-savvy and comfortable with a hands-on approach with relevant software tools.MSc/MBA in business administration/marketing or relevant field.Passion for the digital sector.A sense of humor, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and fun to work with.An opportunity to be one of the key employees of a new venture redefining the education industry.
