With direct reporting to our CEO, this role should integrate Sales Strategy, Business Development and Team Management skills. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful attainment of our sales growth and commercial development in Spain. Job Description Sales Growth strategy, development and leadership for Omega CRM, as part of the OmegaCRM BoD and owner of the Sales P&L. Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and foster growth in local market service lines, aligning with the annual business plan objectives. Lead, train, motivate and advise the Sales team representative involved in Growth. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. Sales coordination, ensuring increased synergies across Merkle & Dentsu service lines with the aim of driving cross-/up-sell. Collaborates with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities in EMEA. Accompanying team to Pre Sales activity: sizing, approach, work plan, assessment. Relationship management with Salesforce commercial and partners team. Lead the management of assigned clients in Spain, and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs and nurture client relationships. Ensure the fulfillment of the objectives and the Omega-promise to the client. Managing the scope and expectations of new projects. Sale projects and drive clients under profitability management. Up & cross selling in assigned clients. Report to management on the evolution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction. Takes proactive measures to advocate for a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity, actively striving to recruit, advance, and retain a varied team of highly committed and motivated sales profiles. Required Experience Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management and go-to-market roles. The preferred candidate should exhibit a robust history of success in commercial and pre-sales activities, illustrating their capability to effectively secure new clients and/or enhance relationships with existing clients. Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a Salesforce network well developed in Spain ecosystem. A persuasive authority in the field, esteemed by business and sales leaders for their adeptness in solution-oriented selling. Relevant successful experience in achieving Sales objectives for large organizations and sales teams structure. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Skills Analytical Thinking.
