The RoleWe are looking for a data-driven Head of Growth to drive the long-term growth and success of one of our flagship products. Sitting on our leadership team, you will have ownership and autonomy to shape our customer acquisition vision and strategy.
You'll have the opportunity to lead an established team of specialist marketing managers across SEO, Paid Media, CRM and more, whilst collaborating with other key disciplines (Product, UXD, Content, Commercial) to identify and meet the needs of our customers.
This position is remote working style from one of our entity locations in Malta, Spain or Portugal.
What you'll be doing You will be critical in helping to define and execute product growth, consistently leveraging the team's expertise to bring our ambitious goals to a reality.

Your key responsibilities Take accountability for the mid-long term growth marketing and customer acquisition vision for one of our flagship productsDevelop a tangible strategy and tactical delivery plan to ensure this vision is successfully implemented to impact business resultsBe responsible for driving traffic to our products; optimising and increasing conversions to generate high quality traffic for our partnersFoster, create and influence alignment on priorities within the SEO, Paid Media and CRM teams, as well as all chapters across the product, to achieve common business and people goals.Design and build new paid media & direct response channels whilst driving down Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) by finding the optimal messaging and channelsDevelop SEO strategy by identifying and maximising SEO opportunities, both long and short-term to grow organic traffic and SEO's revenue contribution to the businessDrive CRM & lifecycle marketing efforts across different levers to retain and re-engage customersImplement data-driven Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to maximize conversion rates across all digital touchpointsDevelop, implement and report on frameworks and processes to ensure team success; including tracking and measurement of activities to achieve positive ROIWe're looking for someone who… Has substantial multi-language SEO + paid media expertise; able to demonstrate experience in running global campaigns to drive scale through SEO and performance marketing initiatives with multi-country/region focusesHas experience in influencing and shaping product strategy, fostering collaboration in organisations going through transformationHas strong demonstrable experience in delivering scalable customer acquisition success within fast paced start-up / scale-up settingsHas strong demonstrable experience utilising quantitative analytics and qualitative user data to reduce CAC, improve marketing effectiveness and demonstrate commercial impactHas experience in a product comparison/affiliate business, a product-led company and with web-based productsHas experience working in a matrix structured organisation and is comfortable with agile ways of workingBrings leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling motivated and high performing teamsIt would be a bonus if you have… Hands-on experience in SEO within iGaming or a competitive industry (finance, crypto, healthcare etc.)Hands-on experience in Paid Media within iGaming or a competitive industry (finance, crypto, healthcare etc.)What's in it for you?
