We are looking for a Head of Group Operations to support our team in Frankfurt or Berlin. As Head of Group Operations, you will lead, coordinate, organise, and supervise Scope Group's operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity of all employees. This is an exciting opportunity for organizational strategists and project management experts with leadership capabilities working directly with our COO to support the execution of strategic tasks.
Responsibilities:Leads, coordinates, organises and supervises Scope Group's operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity of all employees.Challenges the status quo of all operations performance, as a way of promoting operational efficiency.Provides effective leadership to the Group Operations team, setting clear objectives and fostering teamwork.Monitors and enforces adherence to quality standards, implementing measures for continuous improvement.Ensures together with Group Compliance that operational processes are implemented and operations are performed according to documented processes.Contributes to the creation of workflow control tools that assist employees in the execution of process tasks.Generates insightful reports to guide decision-making at operational and strategic levels.Develops and implements strategic initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and quality.Leads strategic projects focused on business development and operational optimisation.Manages budgets within the Group Operations department, identifying cost-saving opportunities.Minimum Requirements:At least 5-8 years of experience in the financial service industry with a particular focus on operational management and leadership.Exposure to various aspects of business, such as analytics, sales, as well as internal functions such as legal and compliance.Exceptional project management abilities, enabling successful execution of strategic projects for business development and operational optimisation.Experience in operational management, with a track record of optimising business processes to drive efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate complex operational strategies and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and align with organisational goals.Fluency in German and English.If this sounds like a journey for you, we look forward to learning more from your convincing application.
