Your Profile - Experience: 7+ years in HR project management, with experience in Consulting. - Experiences: with SAP SuccessFactors. - Project management skills: knowledge of HRIS and regulatory compliance. - Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field; Project Management certification preferred. - Worked in global environments. - Attributes: detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, problem-solver, and excellent communication. - Willingness to travel: approx. 20%. - Proficiency in English: Spanish and other languages are an asset.
