As the Head of Global Employer Branding at Mango, your goal will be to understand the talent acquisition needs of all areas, lead and execute the global employer branding strategy, and generate brand awareness with measurable actions.
Your main responsibilities will be: Create, execute, and lead Mango's global employer branding strategy (headquarters, retail, and logistics), ensuring coherence by aligning storytelling and brand image.
Analyze and schedule, together with internal stakeholders, the actions and media (both external and internal) that best position us as an employer brand.
Benchmarking, maintaining, and establishing agreements with universities/training centers to find the best talent.
Preparation of reports at all levels using data extracted from measurable actions, thereby creating these KPIs.
Creating content for social media and organizing events.
Updating and maintaining our Mango's Employee Value Proposition.
About you: Education in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience performing the mentioned functions with an international scope (primarily Europe and the USA) and within the retail sector.
High level of English; other languages will be valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
Passion for fashion, people, and a clear results orientation.
