Job Summary: As the Head of Global Clinical Education Orthodontics (f/m/d), you will be at the forefront of developing and executing a comprehensive educational strategy aimed at enhancing clinical confidence and driving the utilization of the ClearCorrect aligner system and associated digital products. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of orthodontics and a passion for education to lead a world-class clinical education program and team on a global scale. You will craft strategic initiatives that span the entire customer journey, aiming to boost practice success in areas such as clinical proficiency, digital transformation, practice growth, and practice marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement a global clinical education strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Identify and leverage key educational trends and innovations to enhance the learning experience for orthodontic professionals. Collaborate with senior leadership to align educational initiatives with business strategies.Program Development: Develop and manage educational curricula that encompass the entire customer journey, from onboarding to continuous education, for ClearCorrect aligners and digital products. Ensure educational content incorporates the newest clinical research and technological advancements.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of clinical educators and trainers. Ensure the team is well-equipped to deliver consistent and high-quality educational experiences across various regions.Partnerships and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and professional organizations within the orthodontic community.
