Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all. With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony Your Role This is an exciting volunteer opportunity with responsibility for our core fundraising activity. We are at an exciting stage of our organisational development, and we have a unique opportunity for a committed and passionate individual to join our ambitious and friendly team to help drive the organisation forward. Reporting into the Director of Partnerships & Growth, this role plays an integral part in the success of Pride in London ambitious fundraising plans. Your Responsibility Contribute to the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy. Translating the strategy into action plans Inspire and mobilise your team to deliver on income goals Forge strong partnerships with corporate sponsors, grantmakers, individual donors Identify untapped income streams and expand our funding portfolio Report on progress and communicate wins across the organisation What You'll bring to Pride in London : Strategic, creative mindset with the ability to unlock the potential to grow vital revenue streams Experience in representing an orgainisation to key supporters, funders and stakeholders Experience in more than one fundraising area such as individual giving, trusts and grants, corporates, major donors, legacies, community, and events.
