As a Head of Frontend Engineering at Qonto, you will: Leadership & People Management: Manage 3 teams of 15+ engineers.Coach your team leaders and engineers to maintain quality and velocity while the team grows and complexity increases.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to managers, empowering them to make decisions and grow in their roles. Strategic delivery & Technical impact: Drive delivery of product features and improvements with a high level of quality and on time.Drive the ongoing React migration project, balancing technical debt reduction with new feature development.
