Job Description Mission: Join Qonto as Head of Frontend Engineering to lead 3 of our cross-functional teams in creating cutting-edge, scalable web solutions that will revolutionize the FinTech industry. Working closely with our Engineering leadership, you'll drive the technical strategy that will shape the future of our web platform, impacting millions of users across Europe.
As a Head of Frontend Engineering at Qonto, you will:
Leadership & People Management: Manage 3 teams of 15+ engineers.
Coach your team leaders and engineers to maintain quality and velocity while the team grows and complexity increases.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to managers, empowering them to make decisions and grow in their roles.
Strategic delivery & Technical impact: Drive delivery of product features and improvements with a high level of quality and on time.
Drive the ongoing React migration project , balancing technical debt reduction with new feature development.
Spread a culture of continuous improvement: learn how to write better code to ship features faster.
Foster collaboration with partner teams such as Product, Data, Backend, Mobile & and with third parties.

Qualifications: Experience: You have a proven track record of leading Frontend development teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with strong technical skills in frontend engineering.
Leadership: You excel at managing and mentoring other managers, fostering their growth and development while balancing autonomy with oversight.
Strategic thinking: You can develop and execute technical roadmaps and scaling plans for complex web platforms, with a focus on both short-term delivery and long-term strategy.
Stakeholder management: You're skilled at building relationships across departments and managing diverse stakeholder needs, treating colleagues as if they were customers.
Business acumen: You can understand and challenge product decisions based on solid business understanding and data analysis, always keeping the customer's needs in focus.
