Ferrovial Airports offers an in-depth understanding of the industry and a solid track record of building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.Ferrovial operates a portfolio of 5 airports: Heathrow, Europe's busiest hub, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Southampton, located in the United Kingdom, and Dalaman in the Turkish Rivera.**Misión**:Carry out the analysis of the airpor economic-financial and management, with expect knowledge of these areas, in order to help the Senior Management to make decisions, driving the analysis and operational and financial monitoring of assets and their value creation.**Funciones**:- Preparing economic-financial reports as well as reports of the division's assets.- Financial analysis of information.- Financial reporting to the financial management and HQ, strictly adhering to preestablished deadlines.- Carrying out the budgeting process, budget revisions and monitoring budget deviations.- Supervising the asset reporting process, maintaining a direct relationship with them and establishing the appropriate procedures and channels.- Analysing specific asset information, as well as the necessary information to determine bidding processes.- Supervising Financial Information controls and preparing corresponding reports.- Meeting with third parties within the auditing and consulting processes.**Habilidades y experiência**:**Skills**:- Autonomy, to be able to develop and carry out his/her responsibilities- Analytical ability, establishing priorities, identifying potential problems and finding the best solutions which minimise the impact on the company.- Organization skills, for planning and financial control, establishing the best processes- Adaptability to possible changes, requirements and cultures in order to maintain levels of efficiency, the quality of decision making and the quality of the processes.- Achieving results which respect to both internal and external regulations- Ability to communicate.- Professional rigor to comply with company policies in order to achieve quality standards in a timely manner**Requirements**:- Degree in Business or Economic Sciences.- A master's or MBA is highly valued.- Solid accounting knowledge, making use of experience with international and local accounting standards in other countries.- At least 6 years' experience in a financial department carrying out Control Management. Experience in a prestigious auditing firm is also valued highly.- Expert in Excel and SAP. A knowledge of Power BI and SAP BPC is also highly valued.- Availability to travel.- High level of English.
