Apply today Your role As Head of Finance , you will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing our Invoicing & Admin, Accounting and FP&A functions while ensuring close collaboration with internal teams. How you'll make an impact General and analytical accounting : oversee monthly and annual closing processes, manage financial audits, and lead compliance with tax obligations. Billing and Order-to-Cash : ensure the effective management of the client billing cycle, monitor cash collections, and manage accounts receivable. FP&A : develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance. Cash management : monitor cash flow, optimize working capital requirements and provide support on fundraising. Financial process optimization : propose and implement actions to improve tools and procedures for greater operational efficiency. Team management : lead, mentor, and upskill the teams responsible for accounting, billing, and financial control. Financial reporting : Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CFO and executive management. What we're looking for Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business . 6 years of experience in a financial operational role with management responsibilities, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing company. Strong expertise in accounting, billing/order-to-cash, and FP&A. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment . Excellent leadership and team management skills , with a focus on collaboration and efficiency. Familiarity with financial tools such as Hubspot, Chargebee, Upflow, Odoo, Spendesk.
