The ideal candidate will ensure the success of a company acquisition into our client's structure and culture, as well as overseeing and managing the overall integration. The primary purpose of this project is to increase investment, equity, and enhance software and service offerings, as well as driving successful cultural changes, people empowerment, growth mindset, and talent development across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Align financial strategies with the company's overall business objectives, particularly focusing on growth in digital and service sectors.Create and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth and M&A activities.Lead financial due diligence processes, assessing potential acquisition targets and evaluating their financial health.Develop and execute integration plans for newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth financial and operational transitions.Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (IFRS, HGB, US GAAP, Spanish GAAP).Ensure adherence to local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.Manage capital expenditure, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic objectives and yield expected returns.Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, operations, and sales, to support digital and service initiatives.Communicate financial insights and strategies to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investors.Utilize data analytics to drive insights and support decision-making processes in digital and service areas.Qualifications/Requirements:10 years of experience in finance overseeing all financial aspects (tax, accounting, controlling, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, etc).#J-18808-Ljbffr
